OVERVIEW

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Some orders may have extended processing times, including but not limited to; While Shootout for Soldiers events are ongoing/scheduled within a week of order date. Also, if the order includes a pre-order item, the pre-order item will have delayed processing time.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING SERVICES AND ESTIMATES

For orders over $75 (subtotal, after any/all applied discounts), standard shipping is FREE. Any of our made to order items are not eligible for this free-shipping promotion, if you have other items in the cart, those items will ship for free and only the made to order items will be charged for shipping.

Standard: USPS First Class (delivery is typically 4 days*)

Expedited: Priority 2-Day (delivery is typically 2 business days*)

Heavy/Large Box: UPS Ground (delivery is typically 3-5 days*)

*Shipping times are only estimates, actual time could be longer, the try shipping time is dependent on the carrier.

   

LOCAL DELIVERY/PICK-UP

We do not offer local delivery or pick-up services at this time.

  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping and charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Shootout for Soldiers is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shop@shootoutforsoldiers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

When you purchase a made to order item, the item will be fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner, this may cause some delays to shipping. All made to order items should be shipped within 3-4 business days from the date you placed the order.
